Keerthi Chawla has finally landed in something for which she was longing for. We are talking about ‘Kulasekaranum Koolippadayum’, a film in which the actress is doing a ‘very meaty’ role, that of a blind.
“Though I have acted in many films in Tamil and Telugu, I was waiting for a meaty role which would give me enough scope to perform. I had been finally roped in to play a visually challenged person in Kulasekaranum Koolippadayum’, she says.
The actress is wearing a contact lens with grey tint for the movie. “I am hopeful that my character in the film would be talked about. My gratitude to director Siva for choosing me for the role,” she says.
‘Kulasekaranum Koolippadayum’ has Prakash Raj, Sathyaraj and Natraj in lead roles. The other heroines of the film are Udhayathara and Sowmya. Meanwhile, Keerthi Chawla is acting in a Telugu film after a long gap. Titled ‘Sathyam’, the movie has Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani, apart from Keerthi.
