Tamil and Malayalam film actor Prithviraj tied the knot to Supriya Menon on Monday, April 25, 2011 at Thenkurissi Heritage Villa, Palakkad, India. Supriya works as a news reporter for BBC news and stays in Mumbai. See the photo gallery.
The ceremony was very low-profile with only close relatives and friends of the couple attending it in the presence of mother Mallika Sukumaran and brother-actor Indrajit. Reportedly around 50 people were present.
The Thenkurissi Heritage Villa resort was turned into a fortress and nobody other than those with 'special identity cards' were allowed to attend the wedding.
