The actress was earlier signed for sequel to ‘Aapthamithra’ where she supposed to pick female lead role. Nevertheless, with the filming schedules getting postponed Sneha had no options other than backing off. And now, Sandhya goes on to be the lucky fille as she has been offered to gear up for this specific characterization.

P. Vasu who has started shooting for talkie portions across hillside regions of Pazhani has told that the film takes off with the climax part of its prequel.
