Reigning South Indian actress Trisha, who is currently busy shooting for the Telugu film Shankam opposite Gopichand, recently created an uneasy situation among the crew members when she tried to stay away from Gopichand's birthday bash held last month at the shooting location of Shankam.
According to sources, Gopichand had decided to celebrate his birthday on location of Shankam in grand style. While cakes were brought and the place was decked up beautifully to celebrate his birthday, and everyone was present, Trisha was missing.
While the birthday boy Gopichand and the rest of the crew were waiting for Trisha to turn up, the actress preferred to be inside her make up van, oblivious of the fact that a big birthday bash was being planned outside, sources added.
When Gopichand was about to cut the cake, the director made him wait, assurinh him that Trisha would join them. However, Trisha remained missing, and finally, the birthday celebration took place in her absence, unit sources said.
