The only official confirmation about the casts in '3 Rascals' remake is Ileana. The Telugu glam doll will be apparently working with the Vijay and Mahesh Babu for both the remake versions. To begin with Shankar will be directing the sequences of Ileana with Vijay and Mahesh Babu.
Ileana took her flight to Chennai on Tuesday for the script discussion with Shankar. The actress is very much impressed with the script and her character in the film. She is paid a whopping amount of Rs 1.50 Crore for both the versions. The film is produced by Gemini Film Circuit.
In the meanwhile the male cast confusions have not come to an end. Shankar approached Siddharth, for Sharman Joshy’s character but the actor rejected to do. Now the director is seriously hunting for the other two idiots. There is a chance of Jiiva doing the role of Madhavan in the original.
Shankar also tried for Aarya but as he can’t adjust his dates he refused to do. The latest buzz is that Srikanth is in lead while the director rejected the offer to Ganesh Venkatram and Nakul who are in the race.
