Shriya has replaced Trisha in a Telugu film!
Shriya after many years is making a comeback to Telugu as top hero Ravi Teja’s heroine in Don Seenu, which was originally to be done by Trisha.
Trisha has opted out of the film as she has to complete three songs with Akshay Kumar for her debut Hindi film Khatta Meeta directed by her mentor Priyadarshan. And after Priyan’s film Trisha has given bulk dates to Kamal Hassan- Madhavan film Yavarum Kelir, directed by KS Ravikumar.
Meanwhile Shriya had completed her Malayalam film Pokkiri Raja with Mammootty and Prithviraj. Her film with Jiiva Roudiram got put on the backburner after the hero gave priority dates to KV Anand’s Ko.
Shriya is making a comeback to Tollywood after five years with Don Seenu. She is also doing in item number with Pawan Kalyan in SJ Suryah directed Puli.
