Shruthi Kamal, daughter of legendary Kamal Haasan is making waves in the industry with her good looks and voice. Her recent rendition in the number Adiye Kollude in Vaaranam Aayiram has been receiving good reviews. She is also the lead vocalist in a music troupe called ’Extramentals’ which has been performing many shows all over the place. There is a compliant in the industry that wherever Shruthi goes, she is being accompanied by her music band.
Recently the crew of her maiden film ’Luck’ was shooting at South Africa where ’Extramentals’ accompanied her. It has been said that the band was with her even while she was shooting at Mumbai. When questioned on this, this talented daughter of Kamal says, "My music band is very important to me. Recently I suggested that our band perform in the Wills Lifestyle India fashion week while showcasing Chennai designer Rehane’s collections and the organizer agreed to do the same and the event was a great success." Shruthi signs off saying that wherever she goes, her music band is certain to accompany her as it is her lifeline.
