But one voice which has withstood all technical innovations and remained a favourite of many generations of movie song listeners is that of S.P. Balasubrahmanyam. The man of many seasons, he has lent his voice to several top actors across generations, across languages. He also had a successful innings as an actor and producer.
This musical genius is today at the Infosys premises in Chennai for an award function. He will be performing at a musical concert after the function. It is heartening to see that in this modern era, we have such musical legends sharing the stage with computer wizards.
