Silambarasan’s Silambattam has been censored with a UA certificate on Friday (Dec 12) morning.

Says Simbu: “The board members who watched the film liked it and they congratulated me for my dance, which they said was the best they have seen in recent times”. The film which is an action based entertainer was given UA by censors with a few scenes like Santhanam’s comedy scenes with double meaning either muted or trimmed.

Lakshmi Movie Makers for whom Silambattam is their 25th film is all smiles as it is the first Silambarasan film that has gone for high price in all areas. The film has now been confirmed for a December 18 big release in over 150 screens in Tamilnadu.
